1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jaja9 ("jaja9", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of all services, products, features, and content available through the jaja9 website and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces accessible at jaja9.io.

3 Account Registration

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jaja9 account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jaja9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jaja9 support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Verification

jaja9 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. This process may involve submitting copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe specified by jaja9 may result in account restrictions, including the suspension of withdrawal processing.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

jaja9 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Bangladeshi Taka payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. All account balances are held and displayed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jaja9 does not accept deposits in foreign currency and does not perform currency conversion services.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your jaja9 Taka wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. jaja9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, telecommunications outages, or events outside jaja9's reasonable control.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are ordinarily processed within 1 to 24 hours, subject to completion of any applicable KYC checks and compliance review. jaja9 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

jaja9 reserves the right to decline, delay, or reverse a withdrawal where: (a) satisfactory identity verification has not been completed; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms; (c) a withdrawal request is placed in respect of funds that have not been subject to the minimum wagering activity required to release a bonus; or (d) an active investigation is ongoing in relation to the account.

4.6 Currency and Taxes

All transactions on the jaja9 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka. You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings or transactions conducted through the jaja9 platform under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction. jaja9 does not withhold or remit taxes on your behalf.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Eligibility and Availability

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the jaja9 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable betting rules. In the event of a void, the stake amount will be returned to the player's account.

10 Account Security

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jaja9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jaja9 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, even if jaja9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jaja9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your jaja9 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jaja9 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from technical errors, or free from interruptions. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur from time to time. jaja9 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of significant planned maintenance periods in advance.

13 Suspension and Termination

13.1 Suspension by jaja9

jaja9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) the player poses a financial, reputational, or legal risk to jaja9; or (d) any applicable regulatory or compliance obligation requires it.

13.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your jaja9 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (subject to applicable withdrawal conditions and verification requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination or closure of your account for any reason, your licence to use the jaja9 platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 11, 12, and this Section 13 — shall continue in full force and effect following account closure.

14 Changes to These Terms
